Neighbourhood Panels

An error was made in identifying the pre-elections’ period of ‘purdah’ – the period when the Council activities are constrained by the upcoming election.

Despite the cancellation of the Panel meetings, I will make every effort to ensure that residents and Panel members receive all the detail that they would have received.  In the first instance please see the Newsletter for your Panel area which outlines the detail from our meeting in January.

By the end of March (for Southern area Panels) I will send out details of the Update on Actions (addressing the issues of concern from the January meeting) and the Police’s Neighbourhood Profile to local residents and Panels members.

By the end of April (for Northern area Panels) I will send out details of the Update on Actions (addressing the issues of concern from the January meeting) and the Police’s Neighbourhood Profile to local residents and Panels members.

If you have an issue of concern  that you would have wished to have raised at the Panel meeting, then please let me have full details by the end of March.  We will then endeavour to address your issue(s) and provide feedback in time for the meeting in June (Southern)/ in July (Northern).

I hope that you will be able to attend the next Panel meetings which will take place (7.00 – 9.00pm) on
