News from your local riding school “The Coach House”

We have had an exciting couple of months here at the Coach House.  The show
season is now under way, and the girls started the season well by

three separate classes at the first show! My young horse Nelson, made

jumping debut and finished sixth in his class too.  Since then he has
competed in his first one day event, giving a very good account of

behaving well and jumping clear in the show jumping, and only one small
hiccup cross country.

Alice Ryan wrote a lovely article in the Cambridge Evening News about
one of my clients, and the riding school, and we have had a photographic
session for our new web site too.

We have a new pony called Millie on trial for the school, so we will
have to see how she settles down.
Vanessa has started riding her horse Legend, who is going really well, and so far has been uneventful thank goodness!

We had a hectic Easter holidays, culminating with some of the girls
joining in the Chippenham Olympics, which was great fun, and we’d all like to
thank Darren and his work party for organising such a fun event.
